Since the year 2009, 3 C Career Consulting Company is a permanent member in the Bundessenat of the Association for Wirschaftsförderung und Außenwirtschaft (BWA).

As a Germany based Executive Search company we support very much the attractivity of the German marketplace and especially the attractivity for investors coming from within and internationally.

Based on our very special situation, always being in between clients and candidates, we have the big advantage to see very early economical trends and special developments and can therefore inform and advice procatively. This is highly respected within our BWA partnerlandscape but also outside of this network it gains more and more value and interest.

A major slogan of the BWA is in line with the famous saying of the ex US President John F. Kennedy:
