Munich, August 2nd 2010: 3C Career Consulting Company GmbH, a renowned international Executive Search Consultancy, head-quartered in Munich, takes Rudolf Schlett as a new partner on board. At the well established Executive Search Consultancy 3C the experienced manager and finance industry insider will focus especially on the areas finance, financial technology, financial services and banking. Furthermore he will push 3C´s activities to set up a representative office in Frankfurt.

3C GmbH is getting Rudolf Schlett (49), another international experienced manager, as partner and executive search consultant on board. For 20 years he had been holding management positions with financial industry and he established –as sales director, country manager, managing director, board member and shareholder-  international software vendors as market leaders in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

After developing XRT (now Sungard and SAGE) to a leading treasury-IT-company in D-A-CH from 1991 to 2003, he could position solutions of High-End-Treasury-IT-Vendor Trema (now Wall Street System) at an extensive number of German DAX-companies from 2003 to 2007. After that he was –as board member and COO- at FERNBACH-Software responsible for all implementation projects worldwide. Recently Rudolf was Co-Founder and Managing Director of Möller & Schlett GmbH, an exclusive treasury-it consulting boutique.
